kebuli rice

kebuli rice

ingredients:
6 bowls of rice
6 mankok coconut milk

seasoning:
1sdt coriander
1/2sdt cumin
1/2sdt pepper
1 cinnamon stick
5 cloves seeds
1 finger of ginger (finely ground)
1 piece of laos
1 bay leaf
1 stalk lemongrass
2 kaffir lime leaves
bit of nutmeg
salt to taste

How to cook:
The trick as usual cooking rice, but the water is replaced demgam coconut milk and add the spices. How to serve it with fried tofu, fried eggs Rebs then disambal, daaun celery and cucumbers.
